How to make it

Fill up with Tonic

When you fill your ice cube trays you can drop in all kinds of items ; two or three blueberries, a strawberry, a mint leaf, a cherry or a rose petal. 30ml Grapefruit Juice
25ml Cinnamon syrup or Spice syrup
5ml Lime Juice
Tonic or Ginger Beer

How to make it

Shake shake shake strain and serve. Complete with Tonic or Ginger Beer Garnish with grapefruit wheel, and mint.

DON’T FORGET THE GARNISH
Emboding smell and sight as well are all just part of the drinking experience. Garnishes add an opportunity to add a personal touch and impressive visual. Use a mini clothespin to attach a flower or mini trinket to the glass – a skewer of fruit, a small umbrella – the possibilites are endless! To really seal the deal, try spraying your garnish with a little rosewater or other edible aromatic liquid!

Ingredients

160 ml Beach House White
8-10 mint leaves
15 ml simple syrup
30 ml lime juice
Sparkling water 

How to make it

Lightly muddle leaves in glass.
Add the rum, the syrup, the lime juice and crushed ice.
Complete with sparkling water
Swizzle and enjoy!

CLAP THE MINT!
When using fresh mint, the aromas and flavours are best enhanced by ‘clapping’ the leaves in your hands. This process bursts the cells in the leaves, releasing the liquids, where all the minty magic is hidden. However, be wary of shredding the mint leaves to pieces and bruising them by excessive muddling: it takes on a bitter flavour.
