SHAKE OR STIR?
Generally, you shake drinks made with citrus or other juices, or that have cream, eggs or other dairy products in them.
You stir liquor-only ones, including bitters, but also all the mixes that are made with Soda, tonic or sparkling wine cocktails!
Now you know, so now you practice ;)
